Live queue position

Patients see their number move in real time and wait wherever they like, not in a lobby.

A front desk that stays calm

Status updates answer "how much longer?" before anyone has to ask reception.

One state, three screens

Patient, reception and doctor read the same queue at the same instant. No refresh.

A text only when it matters

An SMS when the turn genuinely moves — not a notification for every small shift.

How it works

How a visit runs on Dr.incity

Four steps, in the order they actually happen. Nothing below is a roadmap item — this is the flow that runs today.

  1. 1

    The patient books

From the app or the web, they pick a doctor and a 15-minute slot. A queue position is assigned at booking, not on arrival.

  2. 2

    They wait anywhere

Their live position and estimated wait update on their phone as the queue moves. An SMS lands when their turn gets close.

  3. 3

    Reception checks them in

They arrive and the front desk checks them in — one tap, and the patient and doctor screens both update instantly.

  4. 4

    The doctor calls them in

Start and end a consultation from the doctor's own dashboard. The next patient's estimate recalculates from the day's real pace.

Beyond the queue: a connected ecosystem.

The live queue ships today. Everything tagged Coming Soon is a plan we'll build in the open — the same line we draw on our About page.

Live Queue & Appointments

Patients book a 15-minute slot, join the queue, and track their live position from home — one action, no separate systems.

Live NowCore

Real-Time Bed Availability

Live updates on ICU and general ward beds at nearby hospitals — see what’s open on a map before you travel.

Coming Soon

Integrated EMR

Connect bookings directly to electronic medical records, so nothing gets re-entered by hand.

Coming Soon

Healthcare HR & Ops

Manage staff, schedules, and daily operations from a single, unified dashboard.

Coming Soon

Solving real healthcare bottlenecks

Disconnected systems mean a patient waits without knowing how long, and reception fields the same question all day. Dr.incity starts by fixing that one problem well.

The Foundation of Flow

Live queue management is the wedge that solves the most visible problem first. Everything else — records, staff, billing — can only integrate cleanly once the queue itself is right.

One loop: book, queue, call in, complete. Every other product Dr.incity builds hangs off it.

Reception and doctor screens share one live source of truth.

Not a poll every thirty seconds — a live channel scoped to one clinic and one doctor, so a change on one screen is already on the other.

See Live Queue

One dashboard, three synced screens.

Every clinic that joins runs on the same rules — patients, reception, and doctors all read the same queue state at the same instant.

No refresh, ever

Reception moves the queue once. Patient and doctor screens update in the same instant, over a live connection scoped to that clinic.

Notifications with a threshold

A text when a patient's turn is close or the queue shifts meaningfully — never one for every small move.

One clinic can never see another

Row-level security in the database, not a filter in the app — one clinic's queue and patient data are invisible to every other.

Where we are

Pre-launch, and saying so

No live clinics yet, so no patient counts and no outcome percentages on this site. Here's the actual sequence.

  1. Coming SoonNow
Live queue, booking and the three dashboards are built and being tested against real clinic workflows.
  2. Pilot Launch — Mumbai
A small cohort of clinics runs its front desk on Dr.incity, with patients tracking their queue live.
  3. Wider Rollout
EMR, HR & Ops and more cities join the same connected platform, one pillar at a time.
